RSS a principle centered organization

Last Sunday Guru purnima Utsav of RSS drove me to draw parallels between RSS and Principle centered approach defined by Steven Covey, in his book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Instead of making a single person as the guru, founder of RSS Dr Hedgewar, made the saffron flag representative of principle of ultimate sacrifice and exceptional purity as the guru. Indirectly Dr jee made RSS a principle centered organization.

We sewayamsevaks endeavor to achieve this principle and indirectly learn many best practices.
